I hate going to the post office and waiting in the awful lines only to be told wrong box, fill this out, blah blah blah. At postal express they help you pack your stuff, get you the best price across available providers and don't make you fill out forms. Getting updates on shipping via email is painless. In addition to just generally making my life easier, I got a book deposit back after the company insisted I never sent the books when I was able to provide a shipment receipt from postal express. I'm pretty sure I would have been out of luck if I had called USPS and asked for their help. Shipping packages seems like such a simple thing, but really, this service is indispensable to me and I'm so thankful for it.By Lauren Sarver, October 07, 2016
