  I went to this office for insurance coverage for myself and my teen children in early January, during open enrollment. I worked with Randy Boley. Randy was FANTASTIC to my face; very personable and easy to talk with. I signed up for medical for the kids and I, along with some supplemental policies for myself. I told Randy I needed my children covered for medical, dental ,and vision. After 5 attempts to call and text Randy over the past 8 weeks, today (March 13) I still do not have dental cards for me or the kids, no policy info for dental, no 800 number I can give the dentist to assure them I have coverage, not even a name of the dental company. When I call/text Randy gentle reminders to let him know I still do not have cards, he ignores me. He will not return phone calls nor texts. Weeks keep going by with no indication of coverage and no proof of coverage. The same holds true for vision insurance information. Yet my bank account clearly shows I have coverage! I am beyond frustrated with the lack of care and extremely poor customer service skills demonstrated by Randy. I now see, to him, it's purely a numbers game; get more policies and make more money. Customers are tied once they sign on the line as I cannot afford to move coverage at this time and open enrollment is closed. So I'm basically stuck with this clown and instead of making the calls to the insurance company to clear this situation up for me, I'm on the phone with them, finding out my own policy number, contact info, etc. I'm pretty sure this is what he is paid to do, but folks, if you are reading this, BE WARNED! He's a really nice guy until you need him to do something. His word means nothing. He sold me hard on the idea of allowing him to cover my 82 year old mother. I did consider, but thanking the good Lord I did not! My poor mother would be a mess if she had to deal with this idiocracy! SOOO glad I left well enough alone! I have never written a negative review in my life and it's sad to start here. :(

  I used Jeff Howle for my insurance needs, and he was amazing !!! He explained all my options, and went over any questions I had about different plans. Jeff was always very responsive, and was quick to get me the coverage I needed. As a small business owner, it was nice to know there was an affordable option out there to keep me covered.
