  I went in to mail a package and I purchased one of their envelopes to use for my package. I paid for priority flat rate mail and was under the assumption my package had insurance. Well needless to say the item out of my package was stolen. I filed a claim with the post office not once but twice and was told because the date for delivery was not printed on my receipt. I could not and would not be reimbursed for my stolen item. I proceeded to call the store and request a refund since it was sent from their office and it was their error. I was told by the gentlemen he would not provide me a refund and it was not their error. As a business when you are clearly being shown that the customer is making all attempts to clear up the situation, and is constantly told the package was shipped improperly. I think as a courtesy I would reimburse the customer. I will never mail anything else from here again.
