- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service, every time I call into this bank I always get a voicemail. Most of the time my voice message I leave is never responded to and I have to end up going into the branch to actually talk to them. Wouldn't suggest switching to this bank unless you absolutely have to and even then I would look at other options.
